BC MLA's Nazi rhetoric censure motion fails.

A motion to censure British Columbia MLA Tara Armstrong for using Nazi-era rhetoric failed in the legislature after she and another MLA objected to the procedural rules. The Green Party introduced the motion to force an apology over comments about Indigenous people, but the vote was not unanimous. Following the failed attempt, the government says it is considering new rules for social media conduct by lawmakers.
