USC student wellness center arrest after high-speed chase.

A 27-year-old man, E’Nicholas Leake, was arrested Wednesday in Columbia after a high-speed chase through downtown, ending at the University of South Carolina. Leake, wanted in connection with a murder in Anderson County, allegedly shot and killed a victim after fleeing a gas station, leading deputies on a chase that ended when he was taken into custody inside a campus wellness center. No injuries were reported, and authorities confirmed no ongoing threat to the public.
