A Michigan man, Emmitt Richardson, was sentenced to nearly 23 years in federal prison for leading a drug trafficking operation in West Virginia that sold methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Authorities said Richardson distributed nearly two kilograms of meth and over three grams of fentanyl from city streets and multiple residences.
His co-defendant received an 11-year sentence, while two others await sentencing.
