Sun Pharma to acquire Organon for $11.75 billion.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is acquiring U.S.-based Organon & Co. in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $11.75 billion. The acquisition, which includes debt, marks one of India's largest outbound deals and aims to strengthen Sun Pharma's global footprint in women's health and biosimilars.
