Shreveport police arrest Hogan for cashing fraudulent checks at credit union.

Shreveport police arrested a man named Hogan after he attempted to cash a fraudulent $900 check at Wesla Federal Credit Union. Investigators found he had previously tried to cash two other fraudulent checks at the same credit union, which were rejected due to invalid accounts. Hogan was taken into custody without incident and charged with check fraud.
