Massachusetts woman arrested in Vermont for murdering two children.

A Massachusetts woman, Janette MacAusland, 49, has been arrested in Vermont and charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of her two young children, 7-year-old Kai and 6-year-old Ella, whose bodies were found at their Wellesley home. Police discovered the children after responding to a welfare check requested by Vermont authorities. MacAusland is currently held in Vermont and is expected to appear in court on a fugitive from justice charge as officials seek her extradition to Massachusetts.
