NHRC investigates collapsed school gate deaths in Odisha.

The National Human Rights Commission has taken suo motu cognizance of the death of two girl students in Odisha after an iron gate collapsed on them while they were playing at a government primary school. The NHRC has directed state officials to submit a detailed report within two weeks regarding the incident.
