Two suspects arrested after car break-ins and chase in Georgia.

A 33-year-old man was shot and killed in downtown Atlanta late Tuesday. Meanwhile, two young men were arrested after leading police on a chase during a series of car break-ins in DeKalb County. Additionally, a 35-year-old woman was seriously injured after being struck by a car driven by a 13-year-old girl near a Cobb County elementary school.
