Payal Kapadia named jury president for 2026 Cannes Critics' Week.

Indian filmmaker Payal Kapadia, who won the Grand Prix at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival for "All We Imagine as Light," has been named jury president for the 65th edition of Cannes Critics' Week, set to take place from May 13 to 21, 2026. She will be joined by a diverse jury including Canadian actor Théodore Pellerin, French singer-songwriter Oklou, Ghanaian-British producer Ama Ampadu, and journalist Donsaron Kovitvanitcha.
