Massachusetts man dies after getting lost on New Hampshire hike.

A 61-year-old Massachusetts man, Kent Wood, was found dead on a trail in New Hampshire’s White Mountains after going missing during a weekend hike. Wood arrived at a campground on Friday expecting warm weather but encountered 3 to 5 inches of snow and cold temperatures. Search crews found his body about 5.5 miles from his vehicle on Wednesday. Officials are urging hikers to be prepared for sudden weather changes and deep snow in higher elevations.
