Veterans arrested for protesting Iran conflict in D.C.

Over 60 U.S. military veterans and family members were arrested in Washington, D.C., on Monday after protesting the conflict with Iran. Organized by veterans’ groups, the demonstration included a flag-folding ceremony and the display of red tulips to honor those killed in the war. The protesters demanded an end to hostilities and were removed by Capitol Police.
