Kayaker rescued off Lyme Bay after medical issue, Coastguard and RNLI responded.

A kayaker was rescued off Lyme Bay early Thursday morning after experiencing a medical issue while paddling. The Lyme Regis Coastguard and RNLI lifeboat responded to a 6:50 a.m. call to assist the individual, who had managed to paddle back to shore under supervision. Medical teams assessed the person upon return, and officials commended the paddler for being prepared with safety gear and contacting authorities promptly.
