Greenwood sabotaged Creep recording by adding feedback to make it louder.

Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood says he initially tried to sabotage the recording of the band's hit song "Creep" because he found it "wimpy" and wanted to make it louder. Greenwood revealed he added distorted guitar feedback to the track during its creation. Despite his early resistance, the song became a massive international success for the group.
