Police in West Palm Beach arrested nine people and seized drugs and firearms during a drug operation.

Police in West Palm Beach executed four simultaneous search warrants Monday as part of Operation Silent Spruce, arresting nine people and seizing five handguns, one rifle, and narcotics including marijuana and crack cocaine. The suspects face a total of 19 felony charges related to drug sales and public order offenses. Chief Tony Araujo credited community tips for the operation's success and noted the department is reviewing properties under a nuisance abatement ordinance.
