NBCC sold about 14 lakh square feet of commercial space in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, for roughly ₹5,779 crore via an e-auction. The deal, which had an average sale rate of ₹41,207 per square foot, supports ongoing redevelopment projects and government financial obligations.
