Swalwell faces DOJ and DA probes over sexual assault allegations.

The Department of Justice is investigating former California Representative Eric Swalwell over sexual assault and harassment allegations from five women, including a former staffer. The Los Angeles and Manhattan district attorneys have also launched separate probes. Swalwell suspended his campaign for governor and resigned from Congress. He denies the allegations and criticized the process.
