Channel Infrastructure reportedly considering buying ExxonMobil’s NZ fuel terminals for up to $500 million.
NZX-listed Channel Infrastructure has not confirmed reports that it is buying ExxonMobil’s New Zealand bulk fuel terminals, which could be worth up to $500 million.
The company, which runs the country’s largest fuel import terminal at Marsden Point, declined to comment on the speculation.
Analysts suggest the acquisition would help expand Channel’s operations beyond Northland, though the deal has not been officially approved.
