The 26th Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival has launched in Belfast, bringing together prominent authors and educators to celebrate children’s literature and literacy at Queen’s University. Additionally, Dónal Gallagher has been awarded an honorary doctorate by The Open University for his contributions to education and the arts.
