A newly discovered 17th-century map has solved the mystery of William Shakespeare’s London home, pinpointing the exact location of the property he purchased in 1613. Identified by scholar Lucy Munro, the map shows the house in Blackfriars, near the Blackfriars Theatre where Shakespeare was a shareholder. The discovery offers new insight into where the playwright may have lived and worked during his final years, potentially writing his last plays with John Fletcher.
