Class Valuation acquires Lauritano Appraisal Services to expand Northeast presence and luxury property expertise.

Class Valuation, a Michigan-based appraisal firm, has acquired New York-based Lauritano Appraisal Services. The deal, effective March 16, 2026, combines the companies to boost Class Valuation's Northeast presence and expertise in luxury property valuations. LAS will operate as a division while leveraging Class Valuation's technology and data analytics to improve efficiency for mortgage lenders.
