Southwest adds free wine shipping to Sonoma for 21+ passengers.
Southwest Airlines is launching a new "Sip and Ship" program starting April 24, allowing passengers aged 21 and older to check one case of wine for free when flying to select West Coast destinations, including Santa Rosa, California.
The perk, which applies to up to 12 bottles in a properly packaged box, is part of the airline's expansion into Sonoma wine country and is available on routes from Las Vegas, Denver, San Diego, and Burbank.
The program is subject to standard baggage restrictions and does not cover liability for damage.
