Salt Lake County prosecutors will not charge "Mormon Wives" star Taylor Frankie Paul in connection with two February altercations with ex Dakota Mortensen. Investigators found insufficient evidence or that the incidents did not meet the threshold for criminal charges. The decision does not affect Mortensen’s temporary protective order, which is set for review on April 30.
