A 27-year-old New Hampshire man, Jayce Racicot, was arrested on Friday in connection with an arson investigation in Lebanon, Maine. Authorities say Racicot set fire to four vehicles on his grandfather’s property on April 6, and the Maine State Fire Marshal’s Office determined the blaze was intentionally set.
