A woman known as the "DoorDash grandma" from Fayetteville, Arkansas, delivered Donald Trump's McDonald's order to the Oval Office on Wednesday. The Arkansas woman delivered two Big Macs, two orders of fries, and a chocolate shake to the former president, who had previously ordered the meal himself. The delivery was made to the White House, where Trump was celebrating his 78th birthday.
