Kelsey Plum signs one-year deal with Los Angeles Sparks.

Four-time WNBA All-Star Kelsey Plum signed a one-year, $999,999 contract with the Los Angeles Sparks. She bypassed a supermax deal to give the team financial flexibility. Plum previously helped the Las Vegas Aces win championships and is returning to the Sparks to help build a title-contending roster.
