Judge sentenced for obstructing federal agents in courthouse arrest.

Former Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan is scheduled to be sentenced on June 3, 2026, for obstructing federal agents who were attempting to arrest an undocumented immigrant in her courthouse. A federal jury convicted her of felony obstruction after she allegedly allowed the individual to leave through a back door. Judge Lynn Adelman set the sentencing date, and Dugan’s defense team plans to appeal the conviction.
