Four die after boat capsizes off France during Channel crossing attempt.

French officials said on Thursday that four people died when a small boat sank in the English Channel off the coast of northern France. While trying to get on a water taxi near Équihen-Plage, two men and two women were swept away by strong currents. Authorities are still looking into the incident, which hurt about 30 other people.
