Following the April 6, 2026, filing deadline, North Dakota's Secretary of State began certifying candidates for statewide offices, with completion expected by April 15.
Verified candidates include Republicans Alex Balazs and incumbent Julie Fedorchak for U.S. House, Democrats Ryan Braunberger and Republican Michael Howe for Secretary of State, and Republican Drew Wrigley for Attorney General.
