Bank of Baroda has launched "bob SAMVAD," an AI platform offering real-time translation in 22 languages. The system allows customers and staff to communicate seamlessly through text and voice, breaking down language barriers. Initially deployed across 250 branches in five southern states, the initiative aims to enhance accessibility and set a new standard for inclusive banking.
