Silver Alert canceled after missing dementia patient found safe in Wisconsin.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 78-year-old woman with dementia missing from Wautoma, Wisconsin, after leaving a residence overnight. She was last seen wearing pajamas and carrying a stuffed rabbit. Authorities believe she may be attempting to return to Almond. Police confirmed she was found safe Friday morning, and the alert has been canceled.
