OceanX has launched "A Shared Voyage," a joint U.S.-China educational program sending 20 early-career ocean scientists and students aboard the research vessel OceanXplorer from Hong Kong to Shanghai from March 29 to April 8, 2026. OceanX ha lanzado "A Shared Voyage", un programa educativo conjunto de EE. UU. y China que envía a 20 científicos y estudiantes oceánicos de carrera temprana a bordo del buque de investigación OceanXplorer de Hong Kong a Shanghai desde el 29 de marzo hasta el 8 de abril de 2026. Supported by the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and the Second Institute of Oceanography, the initiative aims to strengthen scientific collaboration and ocean literacy through hands-on training in vessel operations, ROV use, and science communication. Apoyada por el Instituto de Asuntos Exteriores del Pueblo Chino y el Segundo Instituto de Oceanografía, la iniciativa tiene como objetivo fortalecer la colaboración científica y la alfabetización oceánica a través de capacitación práctica en operaciones de buques, uso de ROV y comunicación científica.
