CoreStack has acquired BetterCloud to create a unified Agentic Governance OS that manages cloud, SaaS, and AI systems under one control plane. The combined company serves over 2,000 customers globally, governing more than $6 billion in cloud spending and $35 billion in SaaS spend. This acquisition addresses growing AI governance challenges by enabling automated, machine-speed enforcement of policies across cloud, SaaS, and AI workflows. Raj Kunnath has been named President of BetterCloud to lead integration.
