Romanian energy firms plan major dividend payouts to shareholders.

Romanian energy companies are planning major dividend payouts to shareholders. State-owned Hidroelectrica will distribute its entire 2025 net profit of RON 3.3 billion, while Electrica plans to pay out approximately RON 100 million from its record annual profit of RON 1.2 billion. Both companies will hold meetings to approve the dividends in April 2026.
