Meanwhile, Nova R Wealth Inc. raised its holdings in the Vanguard Russell 1000 ETF by 70% to 27,676 shares valued at $8.55 million as of the latest SEC filing. Additionally, trading volume for the Vanguard Russell 1000 ETF surged by 121% on Friday.
