IPL 2026 schedule released with 50 matches from April 13 to May 24.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has released the schedule for the second phase of the 2026 Indian Premier League. It will have 50 matches from April 13 to May 24 at 12 different venues. The tournament will start on April 13 in Hyderabad with Sunrisers Hyderabad playing Rajasthan Royals. It will end on May 24 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, and Lucknow are some of the places where matches will be held. Afternoon games will start at 3:30 PM and evening games will start at 7:30 PM. There will be no opening ceremony for humanitarian reasons.
