Jeffrey Donaldson denies 18 counts including rape, while Eleanor Donaldson denies aiding and abetting. The trial has been postponed twice due to Eleanor's medical condition. Judge Paul Ramsey confirmed receipt of the reports on Friday and will review the situation again on May 5, setting a new trial date for May 26. Sir Jeffrey Donaldson was arrested in March 2024, resigned as DUP leader, and was suspended from the party.
