Indian IT giant Infosys agreed to acquire U.S. healthcare IT firm Optimum Healthcare IT for $465 million to expand its digital transformation capabilities in the healthcare sector. The deal, expected to close by the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, will help Infosys strengthen its U.S. market presence and leverage Optimum's expertise in areas like cloud and cybersecurity.
