Royal Challengers Bengaluru has been sold for nearly $1.8 billion to a consortium led by the Aditya Birla Group, Times of India, Bolt Ventures, and Blackstone. The all-cash deal involves the full sale of the team from United Spirits Limited, ending its 12-year ownership. The transaction is pending regulatory approval from the BCCI and is expected to conclude by the end of the 2026 season.
