The move supports a regional import-based supply model, with the Tuas site redeveloped for logistics, innovation, and a pilot brewery.
Singapore remains the home of Tiger Beer, with ongoing investments in brand leadership and a global GenAI Lab.
Heineken, APBS’s parent, is also restructuring globally, with up to 6,000 job cuts.
Affected workers will receive severance, job search help, and reskilling via NTUC’s e2i, with the union confirming fair treatment.
