A 14-year-old was warned under the Young Offenders Act.
Over 250 breath tests and 26 drug tests were conducted.
Police warn of ongoing enforcement, citing rising injuries and dangerous behavior, and are pushing for new laws to allow faster seizure of illegal e-bikes exceeding 25km/h.
