The film, released by Game Theory Films, follows two Indigenous women, played by Ellyn Jade and Star Slade, who flee after a violent police encounter and face systemic challenges while relying on friendship and resilience.
Shot across Ontario, it received support from Telefilm Canada, the Indigenous Screen Office, CBC Films, and APTN, and has earned festival acclaim.
Screenings are also scheduled in several Canadian cities, with the Chatham event offering tickets at $12 in cash only.
