Two teens died in a head-on crash on U.S. 43 in Tuscaloosa County; driver and three others injured.
Two young women, Abigail Woods, 20, and Sierra N. Jackson, 19, died in a head-on crash early Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 43 in north Tuscaloosa County, about 11 miles north of Tuscaloosa.
Woods was driving a 2013 Ford Focus when it collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 17-year-old from Northport.
The teen driver and two other 19-year-old passengers in Woods’ car were injured and treated at a local hospital.
Debris struck a separate vehicle.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating, with no further details released.
