Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned that any attack on Iran’s energy infrastructure by the U.S. or Israel would trigger irreversible destruction of critical regional facilities, including oil, power, and transportation systems, leading to prolonged high oil prices. The threat follows escalating tensions, including Iranian missile strikes on Israel and a missile launch toward a U.S.-UK base in the Indian Ocean, which was intercepted. While no direct evidence confirms Iranian missiles can reach Europe, the situation has heightened global concerns over a broader regional conflict.
