A Kansas City airport worker was charged with felony invasion of privacy for allegedly recording women in restrooms.
Teriosi Ludwig, a 32-year-old former restaurant employee at Kansas City International Airport, has been charged with felony invasion of privacy after allegedly recording at least 65 women in all-gender restrooms in Concourse A between January 16 and February 12, 2026.
Police say a woman reported seeing a phone with a flashlight under a stall partition on March 9, identified Ludwig, and surveillance footage confirmed his presence.
His phone contained videos filmed from beneath stall partitions using a 2-3 inch gap, with his face visible in most clips.
Ludwig admitted to attempting to record the victim, acknowledging he had no permission and knew it was illegal.
He was arrested on March 14, booked into Platte County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond, and terminated from his job.
