However, teachers’ groups have criticized the move as rushed, citing lack of consultation and pilot testing.
The new structure divides the year into June–September, September–December, and January–March, each with instructional blocks, breaks, and administrative time.
Meanwhile, the Unified Grand Central Station project was canceled due to contract issues, with plans to restart under new arrangements.
