Oxfordshire schools raise funds for Sobell House Hospice’s 50th anniversary through a colorful non-uniform day.
Children’s author Jo Cotterill and illustrator Korky Paul are backing a school fundraising campaign in Oxfordshire to celebrate Sobell House Hospice’s 50th anniversary.
The “Pot of Gold Day” encourages schools to hold colorful non-uniform days between September and December, with students donating £1 or £2 to support the hospice’s palliative and end-of-life care services.
Funds will help support around 680 people at any time through inpatient care, hospital outreach, and the Living Well program.
Participating schools can sign up via phone, email, or sobellhouse.org/fundraise/pot-of-gold.
