Two U.S. songwriters under 30 can apply for a $25,000 fellowship with Dylan archive access and studio time.
The Bob Dylan Center and Universal Music Publishing Group have opened applications for the 2026–2027 Songwriter Fellowship, offering two U.S. songwriters under 30 a $25,000 stipend, four residencies in Tulsa with travel and lodging covered, access to Dylan’s archive, mentorship from industry professionals, and recording time at The Church Studio.
The fellowship, open to emerging artists not signed to a publishing deal, will be judged by a panel including Ezra Koenig, James Mercer, Lucy Dacus, and Dan Wilson.
Applications close April 27, 2026.
