Joseph Garrett Duggar, 31, a former cast member of TLC’s "19 Kids and Counting," was arrested in Arkansas on March 18, 2026, and is facing extradition to Florida on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior involving an adult. Authorities allege that during a 2020 family vacation in Panama City Beach, Duggar molested a 9-year-old girl, who reported he repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap, manipulated her underwear, and touched her genitals and thighs. The victim’s father confronted Duggar, who admitted to the acts. The case was initiated after a Tontitown, Arkansas, detective contacted Florida authorities. Duggar has not entered a plea, and the investigation remains ongoing.
