Gunna's team sues Mickle and Mickle Productions and CEO Daphney Mickle Golden for $750,000 in unpaid fees and penalties after a January Aspen X Games show.
Gunna’s touring company has sued promoters linked to "Mickle and Mickle Productions" and CEO Daphney Mickle Golden, alleging they failed to pay $750,000 for a January performance at an X Games event in Aspen.
The lawsuit claims Gunna was owed $500,000 plus $250,000 in penalties for late payment.
After performing, his team received a blocked credit card, leaving them with a $50,000 hotel bill, and promoters allegedly claimed funds were tied up in gold or owed through unrelated events.
The company says "Mickle and Mickle Productions" does not appear in public registries, suggesting it may be fictitious, and is seeking punitive damages, holding Golden and her attorney personally liable.
Stars in Action, Inc. and its CEO are also named as defendants, but the X Games are not involved.
