Erin Brockovich is visiting northwest Georgia in March 2026 for events in Rome and Dalton focused on PFAS contamination, known as “forever chemicals.” On March 30, she will join local leaders for a press conference and town hall in Rome, followed by another town hall in Dalton.
A second Rome town hall is scheduled for March 31.
The PFAS Georgia initiative has tested water, soil, and dust across six counties, finding some of the highest PFAS levels in the U.S.
The events will share new test results, discuss legal actions and proposed legislation, and guide residents and business owners on testing their properties and reducing exposure.
